Mr. Kedrowski became Interim Chief Executive Officer of Taro in October 2010 and a member of the Taro Board of Directors in May 2011. Mr. Kedrowski has been with Chattem Chemicals, an indirect subsidiary of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. since 1997 and is currently its Executive Vice President. Mr. Kedrowski’s prior experience includes over twenty years with Alcoa Inc., where he held increasingly responsible positions, primarily in Alcoa’s Industrial Chemicals Business.
